Wow, I really really really like my job!!! Why do you ask? Because one of the things I get to do is drink coffee all day long.

Some people might think that I am slightly over caffienated - but I believe that is a good thing. (My wife might not agree with me - in fact she forcibly switches me to Decaf at times).

Today was especially nice. I brewed up some of the first batch of Bolivian Organic I roasted on Monday. Now, when we cupped this coffee we thought it was fantastic - it tasted even better today. I guess you would say that is another thing I love about my job - I get to taste coffees from all over the world and bring in the best ones I can find to share with my customers.
